Real-Time Logging
The moment a failure is detected, a defect is created as a tracked entity with the step, the expected versus observed result, and the evidence attached. There is no manual transcription step between the failure and the record.
Structured Lifecycle
Every defect moves through six states: new, triaged, in-progress, resolved, verified, and closed. Resolution triggers re-testing of the affected step, and closure authority is configurable per tenant.
Root-Cause Classification
Each defect is classified across five branches: application defect, test script defect, test data issue, environment issue, or other. Classification keeps failure patterns visible across a validation campaign.
